打开获取后的文件可以看到里面的信息非常详细,甚至可以看到各个分公司的负责人、电话、电子邮件等等信息。如果想得到一份整齐干净的IP地址段文件,只要用grep和awk简单过滤就可以了。

FLAG (Fiber-Optic Link Around the Globe) is a 28,000 kilometer long submarine communications cable containing optical fiber that connects England, Japan, and many places in between. The Europe-Asia segment was laid in the mid-1990s and was the subject of an extensive article in Wired Magazine in December, 1996 by Neal Stephenson. The cable was laid by NYNEX.
SEA-ME-WE 3 (cable system)
SEA-ME-WE 3 or South-East Asia - Middle East - Western Europe 3 is an optical submarine telecommunications cable linking those regions and is the longest in the world, completed in late 2000.
It is 39,000 km in length and uses Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology to increase capacity and enhance the quality of the signal, especially over long distances (this cable stretches from North Germany to Australia and Japan).
